a photographic sketchbook

Everyone that you knew just lives on in these things just like you are now.

From Niagara Falls, NY to Wyoming, to San Diego, to Brooklyn, to....???

These photos have been shot with various cameras including a Canon 5D Mark II, a Minolta SRT-101, a Mamiya RB67, a Holga, a Nikon D200 and a Canonet QL17 GIII

These are my photos.
Not yours.

    Space Invader in San Diego

  2. Late Friday night I decided to take a trip out to Joshua Tree National Park to see what happens there. It had been quite some time since I slept outside or experienced nature at its finest so I woke up early the next morning, gathered a few essentials and began the 3 hour drive out past Coachella Valley.
I found this on my first hike of the day. I was headed to Mastodon Peak in order to get my metal/air guitar on at the top and came across this structure overlooking an oasis along the desert trail. I thought it was relatively interesting looking at it from below but never thought I’d come across this. This is the perfect addition to the shit structures left behind by early miners. I feel they should be disposed of but this is a good alternative.  Late Friday night I decided to take a trip out to Joshua Tree National Park to see what happens there.
